Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website www.kbvpublishing.com and the purchase of AI-generated UGC-style video and image advertising services (the "Services") from KBV Publishing Ltd ("KBV Publishing", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. By placing an order, messaging us, or using this website, you ("Client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Our Services
KBV Publishing produces AI-generated, UGC-style video and static image advertising content for e-commerce and social media brands, including but not limited to the Starter, Growth, and Scale packages and associated add-ons (extra platform formats, image upscaling, background removal, static image ads, rush delivery, and expanded usage licensing) listed on our website. All creative is generated using artificial intelligence tools and is styled to resemble authentic creator content; it does not depict real actors, filming, or physical product photography unless explicitly agreed in writing.
2. Orders and the Production Process
Orders are placed via our website, quote request, or by messaging info@kbvpublishing.com. Once you submit your product details and any required brief, we will typically share 2-3 hook concepts or directions for your approval before full production begins. Delivery timeframes stated on our website (e.g. 3-day, 48-hour, or 24-hour turnaround) begin once we have received all necessary information from you (product photos or links, brand notes, and approval of a hook direction) and are estimates, not guarantees, though we work hard to meet them.
3. Payment
Full payment is due at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed with us in writing. Production begins once payment has been received and any necessary product information has been provided. Prices are as listed on our website at the time of order, in the currency stated, and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your creative. This section sets out exactly when a refund is and is not available.

To request a refund, email info@kbvpublishing.com with your order details. We aim to respond within 2 business days and, where a refund is due, to process it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your payment provider may apply its own processing timelines or fees.
5. Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as stated on our pricing page. Revisions cover adjustments to the agreed concept (e.g. pacing, on-screen text, voiceover delivery, minor edits). Requests for an entirely new concept or hook direction outside the agreed brief may be treated as a new order or charged as an additional round at our discretion.
6. Usage Rights and Intellectual Property
All packages include a standard usage license, granting you the right to use delivered content for your own organic and paid social media posting. Full commercial and whitelisting usage rights (including use in third-party or influencer-attributed advertising) are available as a paid add-on. Until full payment has been received, all deliverables remain the property of KBV Publishing. You are responsible for ensuring you own or have the necessary rights to any product images, logos, brand assets, or footage you provide to us for use in production.
We may, unless you ask us not to, showcase completed work (with any sensitive information removed) in our own portfolio and marketing materials.
7. Client Use of Deliverables
Once content has been delivered, you are solely responsible for how it is used, including where, when, and in what context it is published, edited, or combined with other material. KBV Publishing has no control over and accepts no responsibility or liability for your use of the deliverables, including but not limited to: compliance with advertising standards, platform policies, or consumer protection and disclosure laws in your target market (e.g. FTC, ASA, or equivalent bodies); any claims, statements, or representations made in or alongside the content; disclosure requirements relating to AI-generated or paid/sponsored content where applicable; and any consequences arising from your use, such as ad rejections, account restrictions, regulatory action, or disputes with your own customers.
You are responsible for obtaining any legal or compliance advice needed before publishing content, particularly where local advertising or endorsement disclosure rules apply to AI-generated creative.
8. Client Responsibilities
- Providing accurate product information, brand guidelines, and timely feedback so we can meet agreed delivery dates.
- Ensuring any assets, claims, or product information you provide are accurate, lawful, and that you have the rights to share them with us.
- Reviewing and approving hook concepts and drafts within a reasonable time to avoid delays.
- For training and induction videos: confirming you own, or have permission to use, every photo, voice sample, logo, document and other material you upload or send to us (including any photo of a person used to create a custom avatar), and that any person shown has given their consent. You are responsible for any claim arising from material you supply, and we may decline or remove material we reasonably believe you have no right to use. We do not clone voices.
9. Disclaimer of Advertising Performance
We produce creative content; we do not guarantee any specific advertising performance, click-through rate, conversion rate, or return on ad spend, as these depend on factors outside our control (platform algorithms, targeting, budget, market conditions, and your own funnel).
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KBV Publishing's total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, sales, or business opportunity.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (with a full refund of any amount paid for undelivered work) if the request is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, or is abusive towards our team.

Some links on this site and in our emails are affiliate links. If you join or buy through them we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order will apply. We will note the "Last updated" date above whenever changes are made.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
