Site Induction Videos Without the Film Crew: What We Now Offer at KBV Publishing

If you run a team that takes on new starters, whether that is a construction site, a care home, a restaurant group, a factory, a retail chain or an office, you already know the problem with inductions. They matter, they happen constantly, and they are rarely delivered the same way twice.

At KBV Publishing we have been making AI video ads for e-commerce brands. We are now using the same production approach for something quite different: presenter-led induction, SOP and health and safety training videos. This post explains what the service is, who it is for, and how it works.

It does not matter which industry you are in. If you have procedures people need to follow and new starters who need to learn them, this applies to you.

The three problems with most inductions

It depends who delivers it. The same briefing, given by whoever is free that day, comes out slightly different every time. Some people get the full version. Others get the quick one.

Not everyone's first language is English. Key safety points get lost, and people nod along rather than ask. In a mixed workforce, that is a real risk as well as a training gap.

Procedures change, the training doesn't. Re-filming a video is expensive, so the old one, or the 12-page PDF, stays in use long after the procedure has moved on.

One induction, every language your workforce speaks

The idea is simple. You have one script, one presenter and one standard, and the video is delivered every time exactly as approved. We can then produce translated versions with the same presenter and lip-synced speech, plus subtitles, in languages such as English, Polish and Romanian.

The presenter in our demo is an AI avatar. For your videos it can be a professional AI presenter, or an avatar of someone from your business, such as your site manager, with their consent.

How it works

  1. Send us your procedure. Your existing induction, SOP, risk assessment or briefing notes, in any format.
  2. We script and build it. You get a clear, structured script to approve. Then we produce the video with a presenter, on-screen key points and subtitles.
  3. Choose your languages. Translated versions are made with the same presenter and lip-synced speech, plus subtitles.
  4. Update any time. If the procedure changes, we edit the script and re-render. There is no re-shoot, no crew and no location to book.

That last step is where the value builds up over time. A change to a procedure becomes a script edit, so the video can stay current with it.

What it is useful for

  • Site, workplace and company inductions, in any industry
  • Health and safety briefings
  • Standard operating procedures
  • New starter onboarding
  • Equipment and process walkthroughs
  • Toolbox talks

Whether your procedures cover a building site, a kitchen, a ward, a shop floor or a warehouse, the process is the same: your procedure goes in, and a clear presenter-led video comes out.

You receive MP4 files in landscape for screens and training rooms, and portrait or square for phones, with subtitles included.

Who checks the content?

You do. Every video is built from your approved procedures, and you sign off the script before production. You remain responsible for the safety content, and our job is to make sure it is delivered clearly.

On translations, we recommend that every translated version is checked by a native speaker before use, and we can arrange that as part of the project.

Why I built this

I spent three years as an Army instructor training recruits, then ran warehouse operations with new starters coming through every week. That gave me a close look at what makes training stick and what makes people switch off, and those lessons apply in any workplace. KBV Publishing combines that experience with AI video production, so your training is consistent, clear and easy to keep up to date.
